We have committed a lot of mistakes throughout history, we haven't protect our life, water and food sources and it has started getting to us. But we don't react to all the signals that the earth sent us to understand the seriousness of this problem, and there's a hope in the way, if we start to be more considerate, we could change our life, our future. How can we make the difference? we need to recycle water, plastic, paper. All the presidents of each country must avoid overexploiting resources like the oil, cause it produces us a raising in the global warming. Another solution could be that we consider giving classes about the importance of protect our planet, specially in children and young people, cause if we increment the quantity of hardworkings helpers to the earth, we have more hands to protect it. but especially we need to be aware of all the change start in our houses, if we start to make the difference, we are improving the world
I totally agree with Daniel... protecting our planet is a priority now, because we have made too many mistakes regarding this topic for centuries! Global warming is real, extinction of animal and plant species is accelerating, epidemics and diseases are spreading, etc. I also agree with the solution: we need to change our consumption habits (for example, I think that we do not need to buy a new cell phone every year), we have to recycle, we have to decrease or eliminate the amount of plastic waste, and the governments should support the research for alternative energy sources. In the same way, children and young people are key actors in this scenary, because they will inherit a wounded planet and I hope that an early environmental awareness for them, will help to save the Earth.
First of all, Education helps in spreading knowledge in society. This is perhaps the most noteworthy aspect of Education. There is a quick propagation of knowledge in an educated society. Furthermore, there is a transfer of knowledge from generation to another by Education. Education is a ray of light in the darkness. It certainly is a hope for a good life. Education is a basic right of every Human on this Planet. To deny this right is evil. Educations enables individuals to express their views efficiently. Educated individuals can explain their opinions in a clear manner.
It is important to emphasize that education is one of the most important pillars today, and it is here where young people see the expectation of a new country, of a change in society. Education is more than a person standing in front of other people to give a topic that possibly only a few understand. I am agree with you Valentina, education is basic if we want to change our society, and as you said, is the most basic right that exists, but is so worrying that being the most important thing, there are many people that dont have access. But I think that this is key to solve current probelms, for example, if the government inveasted more in education, perhaps we already find the covid-19 cure, the key is on reading, reading is so important to understand many things, for example the violence in Colombia, and if you read you can understand whatever you want, I think that maybe another key element for education would be change that system, education would be a system to learn in a real way, things that will be useful during all life, not a mechanic system. The problems that deal the people of any place of this world is caused by the intolerance of each person, nowadays the people prefer to fight and do anything to solve its problem in a bad way that to search a pacific solution like talk, discuss and arrive in a common solution for the people that stay in that problem. For these reasons I think that make aware the people about the consequences of taking a problem of incorrect form and not listen to the other, the society will continue in decadence and the progress will be null While that if in schools or public places more importance is given to the respect, the people will be tolerance and the social ambient is going to be very nice for every world. Michael, I'm agree with you. Respect is a very broad term when people use it. What is the definition of respect? When I looked it up in the dictionary, I found out the dictionary definition is: to show regard or admiration of something or someone. I see respect as a universal characteristic. Respect to me, is a way of showing someone that you think highly of them and well, respect them! Respect is a very important part of life. If a person is respected, it makes him fell good and in return, he or she respects you. Respect is important to me because if a person didn't respect anyone, he himself would not be admired, and over time, he would grow up to be a very rude and inconsiderate person. Rudeness and kindness are also two very big components of respect. If you are rude to people or a person, you are disrespectful. If you are purposely mean or nasty to people, you are disrespectful. Finally, respct doesn't fight with anyone.

I think that our society is selfish, unfair and unequal because always we think only in ourself, and we dont think if other person is suffering or if somebody is surpassing a bad situation. This is important because human being fights even between itself to get more and more. We are so ambicious but in a bad way, but, in a global context, there are many problems created by the human being such as racism, xenophobia, and social unequality. We should think that we are all human beings, and somebody is not better than somebody for having money, or any kind of power. If we think in a fair and social way, world will change, and laws will be more fair, and every single person would access to a job and a living wage, actually we work to improve OUR life quality, but in fact, we have to work together, to improve life quality of every single person that live in this world, every single one of us should be a PEOPLE-PERSON, but not only at job or at home, we have to be a people person with unknown people and people that are surpassing a very bad situation.

Schools should be places where kids could learn and get all the strategies for evolving in life, without differences regarding social class. I desagree with the slogans of many private schools, implying that they are destined "only for the best" because I think this kind of thinking encourages competitiviness, but also hostility toward those people that do not have the same opportunities. For example, Sweden is one of the most egalitarian and developed countries, and it is illegal to have a private school as a business there; in Sweden, children of the richest families study together with children from working families in public schools; because of that, all the Swedish statments (government, wealthy and working people, teachers, etc) pay attention and take care of the quality of the education that their children are getting. I guess, it would beneficial for a society such as ours that children of different social backgrounds shared the same spaces at schools, because they would learn to respect the differences and not to hate them.
I’m share the Myriam´s opinion, because if you think about it, the thing the privet schools, society, organizations, the world promoting is the competition ones with others, usually looking some better than you, until certain point this not is all bad, but we need to looking for a stability and equality to improve the social inequality, in the future this can be produce several problems in the society or social classes, it’s just a matter of time until this happen. So, I think that the main idea is that everyone have the same opportunities like the others, when I told the change our mind I want to say that we have to leave the expectations of society, depending on what you have or where you come from. I think a solution to indifference could be to open people's eyes, I think media and people with power such as politicians, etc need to stop blinding us from what is really happening in the world and show us what we need to see and know, not what they want; I think that way we would actually care about what's happening, we would give our biggest effort to make a change and mostly important, we would stop having a hypocrite attitude; attitude we take when we share a video on our social media about something that is happening in the world, tell everyone to care about it but after three days we don't even remember it, and we haven't done a single thing to change it; and a lot of other situations where we behave like that.
Everyone needs to understand that we are not alone in the world, we are a community and everyones life and rights must care. Most of the times is really difficult to take down one of our privileges to give it to the other and it's also really hard to live in community and that his brings up lots of problems but we need to learn.
